Hunger at the late time of leg day

Hi guys,
I will say I am bulking currently
maintenance level at 2300 cal
and i am eating 2600-2800 cal/day
Everytime i had my leg workout I feel hungry as hell: had my protein shake(25g P/ 30g C), and i hour later i have my post workout meal: (~80-90C, 30P, 15F)
But after the post workout meal i feel more hungry as usual(for the whole afternoon)
My leg routine before:
Squat 4*8-12 will change to 4*5 or 5*5 because i feel i am losing strength at Set 3@the last few reps
Lunges 3*8-10
RDL 3*8-10
Calves raises 3*25
Should i eat more at leg days or just keep that?
Any advice will be appreciate:)

Dog Lovers, Advice plz.

I had a dog a American Akita which i loved to bit, since a pup. Had him for 3-4 months.

I had to sell him due to moving homes and no fenced garden in the other house.

Seen him like 6 months later, asked the owner to bring him down and he remembers me str8 away jumped on me, owner said hes never done that to anyone he usually wary of people.

anyways iam getting a new home which is fenced and everything, and the women i sold it to called me recently asking if i want to buy him back because hes not getting on with her dogs.

I dno wot to do im in two minds i really want him cos he was my dog i raised him from a little pup.

the thing is i have 2 children 1 on the way and dont no how a akita would react... i could keep em seperated.

What would you do if you was in my position?

Juggernaut Phenyl Core phase six weekSeven

Something happened with my last journal entry. So i will try again. This is around my Seventh week in the Juggernaut contest i hurt my back this weekend and came back to do some boot camp training. Some people are gifted with the symmetry and or symmetric' s to not only be defined in body structure but to take supplements in cycles. This week i went back to the Phenyl Core for my boot camp training with boxing and light legs and although it appears as if it suppresses the appetite and gives energy for me i have to work harder for this product to work towards my weight loss.
Today in the morning i performed basic toning and conditioning exercises push ups 5 sets super sets with squats from a house hold chair then later on training shoulders and back
10-11:30AM
shrugs 1 set 50 pd hex dumbbells 30-40 reps

Front and rear shoulder and reverse presses 4 sets 15 reps
rear deltoids and upper delt raises 2 sets 30 reps with cables
leg extentions 2 sets 20 reps
squats burn outs 1 set 50 reps 55 pds
bent over rows and t-bar rows 3 sets 15-20 reps
cardio run 3/4 mile.
Weighed in at 205pds i was not happy at all but knowing what i went through this weekend up to now i have to work harder.

an earring?

Well, I've been wanting an earring for awhile and some people think it's gay and others think it's awesome. I really want one but my parents won't let me until i'm 18 LOL

How can I tell them an earring doesnt make me a gangster or that I'm gay. Where I live, almost every person has an earring here and just because my mom see's tons of black guys with earrings she thinks im a gangster.

Also, do you think earrings are gay?

Road to WPC worlds

I just finished competing in my first raw meet and it was a blast(even though it wasn't by choice lol). I took first place at APF seniors in the 242lb class with a 1701 lb total going 7 for 9. Originally I had planned to compete in the multiply as I normally do but after taking off two years and using gear that didn't fit I found myself injuring myself every fraeking week. I decided to compete in the raw division 3 weeks out from the meet so I only had 2 training sessions and didn't have a clear picture off what my numbers were. As a result I had to pick my numbers very conservatively.

Attempts went like this:
Squats
530 stupid easy
565 stroked it
600 judges said it looked like a opener lol

Bench
407 easy
430 bar speed was faster than first but but came up for a split second (no lift)
440 easier than my second
One of the judges was talking to me and said the bar moved faster with each attempt. Probably had another 20-25 lbs

Deadlift
606 easy
661 good lift and a pr for me with just a belt. The highest I went in training was 640 lb.
705 good bar speed till I got to over my knees and I fell backwards. This was really just a shot in the dark attempt so I was happy.

I hit my target total and left a good amount on the platform so I walked away happy. I am now putting together a plan for my training for WPC worlds in Vegas. This month I will be doing more of a bodybuilding routine to help with recovery and put some good weight on so I can be a little heavier at worlds. I will also be competing at the RAW 504 meet in New Orleans in sept and use it as a warmup meet.


Goals for Worlds are
700 squat
500 bench
730 deadlift

I think the deadlift is very realistic and the squat is possible since I have only been back squatting for 12 weeks after a 2 year layoff. Bench may take a little luck but it has been a goal of mine for many years so I will work my ass of to make it happen lol.
