so im taking this art n society class in college its pretty much a bs class but i missed 3 days (today was the third) n my prof emailed me saying if i don't show a doctors note or something that explains why i missed 3 classes then i fail (btw i have this class once a week which is wednesdays) im stressing out i need this class its a requirement for my major. I started my bulk around 6 weeks ago and have gained 8-9 pounds so far. I know that this is mostly Water Weight but my question is if I keep gaining overall weight, does this mean I keep gaining Water along with muscle and fat. Do I eventually get to a point where my gains are not from Water or at least minimal? My waist has stayed the same, my pants fit the same, my shirts are a little tighter across the back.

Thanks for any advice.

1 glass of milk 1,5% fat (250 ml)
2 slices whole grain bread with a thin layer of butter
3 eggs


Early lunch: 09:30 AM

1 glass of milk 1,5% fat (400 ml)
3 slices whole grain bread with a thin layer of butter
84 grams of turkey/chicken
1 Vitamin pill


Lunch: 12:15 PM

Same as above, minus the vitamin pill


Workout: 03:00 PM

Right after workout: 04:30 PM
1 banana
1 glass of milk 1,5% fat (250 ml)


Dinner: 05:15 PM

350 grams of fish or chicken
140 grams boiled potatoes
1 glass of milk 1,5% fat (250 ml)
Vegetables


Evening food: 08:30 PM

2 slices wholegrain bread with a thin layer of butter
75 grams mackerel in tomato sauce
1 glass of milk 1,5% (250 ml)

Drinking about 2 liters of water while working out, and generally alot throughout the day.
1 protein shake a day.

Weight: 60kg
Height: 171cm

This is just something I put together in a hurry, and I am aware that there are too much carbs, and too less proteins in here, but I Would like some tips on what to change.

I haven't talked to her in like a month and half. She broke up with me 3 months ago, she texted me last night asking if I wanted any of the stuff I left over at her place. I asked her what I left cause I was pretty sure I didn't leave anything. Turns out it's a f**king shirt, and comb? Why the hell would I even give a sh** she knows I probably don't. I said yea sure I'll come by and get it, turns out she's not even going to be here this weekend cause of some interviews.. so she says NEXT weekend will work. She tries to carry on a conversation through text too, I try to just be blunt, she says "Look I can take a hint", I'm like **** I want to see her doe, then I try to be like "naw thats not what I meant I wanna see you". Then inevitably she cuts it short. WTF? What's her point of continuing the conversation then, and even bothering to hit me up. Stroking her ego again, playing mind games or some sh**!? Didn't even text her back after she said "I'm not your problem anymore".

Cliffs.
1. EX texts me asking if I want my shirt and comb back (lolz)
2. Starts to try and make me carry on a conversation with her, then shuts it down later
3. Why wouldn't she just text me NEXT week when she's here? To let me know she's doing **** with interviews?
4. If she obviously doesn't want to even talk about anything wtf is the point in contacting me.. let's be real it CANT be just about
giving me back a fuking shirt and comb. right?

- People close to Ric Flair are saying that he will be returning to WWE at the October 29th RAW from Charlotte, North Carolina. The belief is that he will be getting Involved in the storyline with AJ Lee, Vickie Guerrero and John Cena.

We've noted before that there have been rumblings of Flair returning but the lawsuit from TNA was preventing that. Flair has canceled at least one upcoming independent wrestling appearance that was booked in North Carolina.

It is all of the side stuff - the youtube videos, the post-shows, the spin cycles, The List- Bro type segments and such.

Watching the wrestlers actually enjoy what they are doing. I think that they would do well to televise a lot of them as they are just brilliant sometimes. Daniels is just hilarious on the post show.

Wrestling should be fun and that doesn't always translate onto the weekly shows or the PPV. It is strange that you only really get a glimpse of the brilliance TNA has within their roster when you watch productions outside of their main show! They seem to save the best bits for a few thousand internet viewers.
